I dont know much about the band "Dead Pirates", but do have more information on the creative mind behind the animated video. McBess alias Matthieu Bessudo is definatly one of the very few illustrators/art directors whose every single piece of work is drop-dead-gorgeous! To understand what I am talking about, you better have a look at his portfolio, or if you're in a rush - just watch the videoclip :)
