One can say, before man ventured into space, Walt Disney took the nation there!It of course was made to support The United States space program but we dont want to get too political here: I loved this little trailer! Its featuring Disney's Mars and Beyond science show and made my mouth so watery I had to order the dvd box Walt Disney Treasures - Tomorrowland right from the spot (with amazons international superspeed shipping of course;)! It consists of "Science Factual" shows that aired mostly in the 1950s. Enjoy!

I found this group on Flickr a while ago but re-discovered it on the weekend. The atmosphere of bygone glamour is so sad somehow but it made me click through thousands of pictures!
